Creator Program Commission Payment Notice

Thank you for being a part of the Kaychelle Luxe Collection Creator Program! 💕

Creator commissions are paid through PayPal. Please make sure the email address connected to your creator account is associated with an active PayPal account and that your payment information is set up correctly.

Once a qualifying order is confirmed and your commission is approved, please allow approximately 5–7 business days to receive your payment.

This processing time allows:

• Customer payments to become available in our Shopify Balance, which may take approximately 2 business days
• Funds to transfer from our Shopify Balance to PayPal, which may take approximately 2 additional business days
• Additional processing time in case of weekends, holidays, payment reviews, or other delays

When your commission is sent, you should receive a PayPal notification stating that Kaychelle Luxe Collection sent you a payment.

Important: Commissions will not be paid on canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders. Please make sure your PayPal information is correct to avoid payment delays.
