    Processing times typically take 5–10 business days before shipment. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
  2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed. Please make sure all order details are correct before checking out.
  3. Are your wigs and bundles 100% human hair?
    Yes! Kaychelle Luxe Co. offers high-quality virgin human hair designed for a luxury look and long-lasting wear.
  4. Can I dye or bleach the hair?
    Yes, our virgin hair can be dyed, bleached, curled, and straightened. We recommend professional styling for best results.
  5. What lace types do you

    We currently offer 13x6 HD Lace Wigs for a seamless, natural melt and high-definition finish, along with Synthetic Transparent Lace Wigs for an affordable yet realistic look. Our lace options are designed to provide a natural hairline, easy styling versatility, and a flawless install experience.

  6. How do I track my order?
    Once your order ships, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

  8. Do your wigs come pre-plucked or customized?
    Some wigs may come lightly pre-plucked. Additional customization may still be recommended to achieve your desired look.
  9. How should I care for my wig or bundles?
    We recommend washing your hair with sulfate-free products, using heat protectant, and storing your wig properly when not in use to maintain longevity.
  10. Do you offer local pickup?
    At this time, Kaychelle Luxe Co. primarily ships orders. Local pickup availability will be announced if offered in the future.
  11. Will I receive lashes or accessories with my order?
    All orders will include complimentary gifts such as lashes or accessories while supplies last.
