Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaychelle Luxe Co. We appreciate your support and are committed to providing a luxury shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is prepared for shipment. Because our pre-order products are made to order, production begins only after your order has been placed and payment has been received.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 10–21 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or other circumstances. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to begin production of your order.

Eligible customers may choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout to split their purchase into smaller payments. Financing options, eligibility, and payment terms are determined by Shop Pay.

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping transit times are separate from production times.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, requests to modify or cancel a pre-order cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, human hair products may not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been opened, worn, altered, washed, or otherwise used. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
