Ships in 3-4 weeks. Custom-made items require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Please note that the shipping method selected at checkout applies after production is complete and does not shorten the 3-4 week production time.

We currently ship within the United States only using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. International shipping is not available at this time.

All jewelry sales are final. Due to the personal-use and body-contact nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, fit, or color preference. This includes rings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, custom or personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email kaychelleluxeco@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging. Please keep all original packaging and mailers for at least 14 days, as they may be needed during the claim process.
