What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase select KLC hair before it is ready to ship.

Instead of the item being immediately available in our ready-to-ship inventory, your order is secured after your purchase and prepared according to the processing information provided for that product.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order
Choose your desired wig, length, texture, lace option, and any other available selections.

2. Complete Payment
Full payment is required to secure and begin processing a pre-order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Processing Begins
After your order is confirmed, the pre-order process begins.

4. Your Order Is Prepared
Your hair is processed and prepared before being shipped to you.

5. Tracking Is Sent
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.

Processing Time

Pre-order processing times are listed on the applicable product page and/or within our current shipping information.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Processing refers to the time required before your package is shipped.

Shipping refers to the time your package spends in transit after it has been handed over to the carrier.

Before Ordering

Please carefully review your:

  • Wig length
  • Texture
  • Lace selection
  • Cap size, when applicable
  • Shipping address
  • Contact information
  • Estimated processing time

Because pre-order items are not ready-to-ship products, please order only if you are comfortable waiting for the stated processing period.

If you need hair for a specific event or appointment, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance. Processing and carrier transit times can be affected by circumstances outside of KLC’s control.

Ready to Ship vs. Pre-Order

Ready to Ship: Already in KLC inventory and available for normal order processing.

Pre-Order: Requires additional processing before the item can be shipped.
